The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) or tapping, as it is often described, was developed by Gary Craig. It is a very simple and effective technique that involves tapping on different meridian points on the body to help to balance energy, reducing physical and emotional pain.

EFT can be easily learned and applied by clients independently.

It works similarly to mindfulness, following a specific sequence involving both tapping and a 9 gamut procedure between tapping sequences.
