Brainspotting TherapyTM (BSP) was developed in 2003 by Dr. David Grand.

Its fundamental premise is that “Where you look affects how you feel.”

Brainspotting is a mind-body process with roots in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) that involves identifying and utilizing specific points in your visual field to access unprocessed trauma in the subcortical brain. A therapist uses eye positions, focused mindfulness, and attunement to help you process and release stored traumas underlying many emotional or physical problems.

Often, brainspotting is used in conjunction with biolateral sound that helps in balancing right and left brain activation, and promotes activation of the parasympathetic (relaxing) nervous system.

Brainspotting can help you to resolve issues rapidly, effectively and painlessly.
